Our serviceman, Matt was very professional and courteous in answering all our questions. He's extremely knowledgeable in what he does and didn't hesitate to let us know about what was needed and showed us how the new equipment works. It was a great experience and good to know we had a professional working on our home. Our issue was something different than what he normally experiences. The code on the external keypad for one door jumped to the other door. I called Precision Garage Door for general maintenance on my garage door. Within 2 hours a service tech (Trevor) was on site. My garage door was 20+ years old and had no maintenance to speak of done prior to Trevor showing up. Trevor was very professional and explained the issues and he replaced motor, spring, cables and rollers. I would highly recommend Precision. Trevor is a true asset to Precision - he was an exceptional service tech!
