Service scheduling was easy and repair was made promptly. Appreciated the inspection, estimate and repair were all done in the same visit. Less than 2 hours for everything. Our spring was broken, so we had 2 new ones installed. Technician also had a replacement for the missing light cover we didn't know was missing. He added a light bulb and now, our garage opener is better than ever. Friendly, professional technician. Highly recommend.

Our garage door broke and they were able to come out and fix it the next day within a few hours! Our tech, Taylor, explained the issues with our old system clearly and helped us to find a solution that fit our needs. Our new garage motor is beyond helpful (and whisper quiet compared to the old one!), great install job, and was done neatly and in a timely manner. We would 1000% recommend for repair or maintenance.

Second time using Precision. They came out last night (Saturday) at 7:30 which was amazing in itself and with no extra charge for weekend service. We were having trouble getting the remotes, keypads and inside control panels for two doors to work. The directions on the key pad and YouTube seemed easy, but the more we tried the worse we made the problem. I decided to call Precision. Eric came within three hours and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem and then asked if we wanted to download the app to our phones so we could control the doors from anywhere. Eric, was friendly, professional and very efficient.
