I had a problem with one of my doors , The general Manager Justin Bahr contacted me right away and reashored me that he would have a service rep would be at my home the next working day to correct it, sure enough they were at my door on time just as he said they would, I would not have a problem recommending Precision door service to any of my Family or friends. Our garage door malfunctioned and all it took was one call to Precision and they sent a technician out next day. Jasper was our technician and he found the problem right away and was able to fix it within minutes. He was so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend Precision and if you're lucky enough to get Jasper you'll be well taken care of!

I just purchased a home in trappe md with a garage that needed a new motor and hardware I called precision and they sent a tech out the next day. Our technician was Mike Cahill and he is a true professional. Not only did he do an excellent job installing a new motor for our garage door, he took the time to explain and help activate several new features the new system offers. He even programmed both our cars to operate the garage door and helped us to install the remote application on our cell phones. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
