We can not express how impressed with our technician Trevor Kalista, we have two garage doors and needed to replace both garage door openers. Trevor explained all our options as to both quality and value., He was dealing with two seniors in their 80's and was sure we understood, he had us work all devices installed to make sure we knew what we were doing. He even programmed our remotes to our cars, something that was way beyond us. Our garage doors move like butter and are so quiet. I had the greatest tech come to my home this morning!!! I had water damage to my garage door opener. I bought and replaced the circuit board myself. Tyler to the rescue!! Tyler calibrated , tweaked, installed the part ( correctly ) and showed me how to reprogram the remotes . I give Tyler 10 out of 10...

Taylor our technician was awesome. He explained our situation in terms we could understand. The spring on our automatic garage door broke and he showed us how the Precision replacement spring would distribute the load on the door better. Taylor was very patient and kind. We hired Precision to install a new garage door lift/opener, new springs and bearings. Our technician, Taylor, did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, called when he was on his way, and was very professional, courteous and personable. He made all the repairs, explained how the new equipment worked and asked if we had any questions. We are very happy with the repairs and are glad that we called Precision. The entire experience from setting up our appointment to getting our work done was great. Not a cheap repair but totally worth the cost of the repair. Call them for your garage door needs, you'll be glad you did.

Today, 7/8/2025, Taylor from Precision Garage Door came out to fix our garage door! He was right on time and did an EXCELLENT job! He made sure I understood the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He gave me two options - one more expensive, but he explained why and how the higher price would extend warranty and another option that would fix the problem, but not cover all the hardware. He was very clear and did not push me one way or the other. When he finished the job he made sure I was comfortable working the door using the wall switch, the outside pin pad and the car remote. I would HIGHLY recommend Taylor and Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door!
