3/24/2024 – I had a textbook experience with Precision Garage Door. My technician Ronald came the same day I called to request service and completed the installation in about an hour. He clearly explained all my options and exactly how much each would cost. Ronald was courteous and a pleasure to do business with. He arrived fully equipped and conducted himself in a professional manner. Great job!

12/14/2023 – Ron was courteous, helpful, explained all the options and possibilities to repair our garage door, I was impressed that they come equipped to repair anything a comfort to me. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything related to a garage door

10/23/2023 – My garage door spring broke over the weekend. I called Monday morning and Ronald Hunt, the Precision technician, arrived early afternoon. He took the time to explain the problem and offered 3 separate solutions. Once I selected my prederence, it took him less than an hour to install the new spring plus replace some of the moving parts. He was friendly and efficient and the garage door operated very smoothly.

10/6/2023 – Response time was excellent – I called at night and the technician, Ronald Hunt, showed up promptly the next morning. He was professional, courteous, and he solved the problem quickly. Thank you!

8/27/23 – Our Garage Door opener was fried during a lightning strike to our home. Ron Hunt did an excellent job explaining options and installing our new opener. He went above and beyond to do a great job!!

7/11/2023 – They were prompt responding to my inquiry about a new garage door opener system. An appointment confirmation email was received along with a photo the technician who would be arriving. Ronald was an outstanding technician. His schedule allowed him to arrive early. He explain the various options and was done in a timely manner. He was very professional and went over how everything worked and removed the old system. We are very please with our product and the service.
