1/9/2024 – Jasper is awesome!! He did a phenomenal job with installing my garage door openers and explaining and demonstrating everything so I would understand. In fact, his professionalism and expertise is why I had a second opener installed on the next day.

11/21/2023 – Jasper Brown was our technician. He made the total experience perfect. I couldn’t believe what a great job he did.We were really in a bind, late at night rain and wind in the forecast. He traveled 2 hours to our home at 9 pm. He installed the new unit with ease. We are very happy with the new unit thanks again Jasper and precision door!!

10/18/2023 – Jasper Brown was excellent, helpful, informative and did a great job.

6/25/2023 – Jasper was very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. Then he fixed the garage door perfectly. Thank you Jasper! We will recommend Precision Door to family and friends.

6/23/2023 – Jasper Brown the Precision Garage Door technician showed us what our problem was with overhead garage door it was a defective safety photo eye, he replaced both photo cells low and behold our garage door is working as it should. Jasper cleaned up his work area spotlessly. He was a true professional very polite and courteous at all times. Thank you Precision Garage Doors and Jasper Brown for an excellent job completed.

12/14/22 – Jasper was very professional very attentive to my questions. highly recommend this company. Repair was done immediately and no more issues yea!!!!

10/13/22 – Very pleased with the service & installation our new Liftmaster opener by Jasper, our Precision technician; He was very knowledgeable of the Liftmaster products; Jasper did very neat work and provided assistance to get vehicles and phones reprogrammed from our old opener.

12/6/22 – The technician (Jasper) arrived on time and was very professional He was able to access the problem and repair the door in a timely fashion. I only wish I could give 10 stars I recommend Precision Garage door to anyone looking for a quality company for garage door repair.

10/18/22 – As a salesman myself, and someone who deals with professionalism on a daily basis. I could not have asked for a better technician. He engaged in good conversation and made this purchase effortless. Jasper was out to my house a year ago. I didn’t make a purchase at that time but he made such an impression I kept his card on me in my wallet until I was ready to pull trigger. I could not be happier with my experience and I will pass along his card and refer him to anyone I can.

7/9/22 – Our Precision Garage Door experience was excellent. We are extremely pleased. Contact with Lyndsey to set up an emergency appointment was easy and she was so helpful. Jasper, the technician, is very proficient and a highly skilled, professional technician. Jasper was very courteous, respectful and explained the entire process, and costs, in a way that were easily understood. He was calm and assured us that he would have our door repaired quickly and did so without any issues. He is extremely professional, friendly and is an outstanding representative of Precision Garage Door. Since this was an emergency appointment he didn’t get our appointment until late in the day and wasn’t able to arrive until 10PM. He was not fazed about the time of day or the work that was required. The truck was outfitted with all the tools and parts needed to complete our repair. The truck was clean and neat inside and out. All we can say is outstanding. We are pleased to have picked them for our repair and will call them for any future garage door repairs. We will recommend them to our neighbors.

5/16/21 – Our electric garage door broke on a Saturday at our house on the Eastern Shore (Maryland). Even though it’s a remote location, a repairman arrived within two hours, as promised. He was polite, professional, competent. It needed new springs, which he had in his truck and installed promptly. More than that, really. He reaffirmed my faith in the service industry. Don’t believe everything you read about Americans not wanting to work anymore. The guy Precision sent to our house (Jasper Brown is his name) is living refutation of that. He’s a worker, all right. If he’s the guy they send on your job, you’re in good hands. As I think about it, my guess is that all Precision’s people are top-notch. This company, which I had never heard of prior to our little mishap, is really squared away. I’d give ’em 10 stars if I could.

3/26/22 – Jasper was incredible in his work and his interaction with customers. He was totally focused on repairing our garage door for us as quickly as possible and making it as easy for us as possible. It was obvious he really cared about getting us back to normal without causing us any further headaches. I have to say, it was a refreshing experience. You have a gem of an employee.

3/18/22 – Our garage door malfunctioned and all it took was one call to Precision and they sent a technician out next day. Jasper was our technician and he found the problem right away and was able to fix it within minutes. He was so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend Precision and if you’re lucky enough to get Jasper you’ll be well taken care of!

3/8/22 – I had an appointment for my garage opener to be serviced on March 8, 2022. The technician called to say he was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes of the call. Jasper was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened as I explained what the situation. He then diagnosed the problem and completed the job within a half hour. He was truly a blessing. Thank you.

12/22/21- Jasper Brown of Precision was fantastic. Very knowledgable. Cordial and efficient. Finished the replacement of the springs in record time. You have a superb technician in Jasper Brown. Please let Jasper know How happy he made this customer.

12/17/21- The technician Jasper was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and made great suggestions. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

10/27/21- Just wanted to comment on the work and service we received from Jasper Brown.

10/18/21 – Precision Door Co. was very proactive in keeping me informed every step of the way. Letting me know exactly what they were going to do and when. They gave a window of when they were going to arrive, which they adhered very well on both visits. When Jasper their representative/ technician/installer showed up he was very professional, friendly and personable, had identifiable uniform on and introduced himself. Jasper knew exactly what to do, of course he tried to up sale but was not at all plushy. Gave an acceptable price for a replacement garage door opener adversely affected by a lighten strike. While removing the old opener and installing the new opener he payed attention to detail, as if it was his own home. Cleaned up after his work and did not leave any debris and removed the old opener.

10/2/21 – I was very pleased with Jasper Brown. He has a good work ethic and a pleasant personality. He also does very good work.

9/14/21- Slot time for appointment was between 12 and 2 pm. Jasper the technician showed up at 12 pm sharp!!! Very polite and professional. Explained repairs and reviewed cost prior to starting work. Excellent job would definitely recommend and use again. Quality workmanship.

9/10/21 – I am unable to access the feedback website, but wanted to let you know that Jasper Brown provided excellent service to us. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, agreed to return later in the day as we requested additional item, and efficiently completed the work. Also, he left the work site very clean and neat.

8/12/21 – The service we received from beginning to end was awesome!

8/3/21 – Jasper was great, all around. He took the time to understand my garage door problem. He offered options and solutions. Answered all my questions. Jasper had the garage door opener I needed and offered to install it on the spot. No need for additional visits!!! Jasper took the order for a door replacement. Lots of confidence and trust in Precision Garage Door and Jasper Brown.

7/29/21 – Jasper was professional and very helpful. Installed new garage door opener and showed me all the new features. Even showed me how to use the app. Love my new opener. Battery back up and WiFi so I can open or close from anywhere. Now I can just check the app to see if I remembered to close the door. Thank you so much Jasper. You truly know what customer service is. Excellent!

6/9/21 – Technician Jasper Brown did a great job replacing a spring on our garage door. He was punctual, courteous, satisfied our needs with the door. We are very satisfied and would definitely have him come back for another job in the future. He answered all of our questions and worked hard and as fast as he could. KUDOS to him and the company. It is so nice to see young people to be able to work and perform such a difficult job.
