9/28/2024 – Eric was awesome. I was extremely impressed with the entire process! Eric showed up, early I might add, looked at both of my broken doors. Gave me an estimate, we agreed on the very reasonable price. He ran to grab a couple of things from the warehouse that he needed, came back fixed both doors in a couple of hours. Great experience from start to finish!

8/6/2024 – Wow! Just want to say thank you for the quick, efficient and professional service and correction of the installation of our garage doors. Precision was on time, on point, correcting our doors opening and closing correctly. Eric was super nice knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Thank you for the great service! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reputable and no nonsense garage door company!

7/27/2024 – Our initial phone call was received at the office by Christine, who was fantastic. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and could not lift the door manually. She understood the problem and and addressed it with amazing professionalism and regard for our problem and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Eric, our tech, showed up on time and took time to look the door over for other concerns, and relayed those to us. In the end we had our spring replaced and will use Precision in the future to replace an aging door. The over all experience was truly what everyone wants from a reputable, professionally driven company…besides having a broken garage door, best phone call we have made in years.

7/19/2024 – Called Precision yesterday, broken spring and other items. They responded immediately, assessed the issues and proposed an appropriate solution. Today, I have a ‘like new’ door with all new working parts. Quiet, modern, and a very nice camera/app to monitor usage and remote management. Eric was phenomenal and very helpful. Set everything up and walked me through everything. Not rushed and very thorough. Definitely recommend.

11/22/2023 – We had the best experience with Precision Garage Door and especially Technician Eric Bartow. We were stuck in the garage when the spring and other garage door opener parts broke and failed. I requested service at 11:00 am and Eric was here at 1:50 pm to help us. We decided at the same time to replace our Genie with a Liftmaster system. We are so very satisfied. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew what the problem was and had the parts to fix it. Company an Tech Eric Bartow are highly recommended.
