Taylor our technician was awesome. He explained our situation in terms we could understand. The spring on our automatic garage door broke and he showed us how the Precision replacement spring would distribute the load on the door better. Taylor was very patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and clearly displayed his expertise and pride in his work. We called Precision this time because we were impressed with their TV commercials. The pleasant experience we had with Taylor validates the claims Precision makes in their commercials.

We hired Precision to install a new garage door lift/opener, new springs and bearings. Our technician, Taylor, did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, called when he was on his way, and was very professional, courteous and personable. He made all the repairs, explained how the new equipment worked and asked if we had any questions. We are very happy with the repairs and are glad that we called Precision. The entire experience from setting up our appointment to getting our work done was great. Not a cheap repair but totally worth the cost of the repair. Call them for your garage door needs, you'll be glad you did.

Today, 7/8/2025, Taylor from Precision Garage Door came out to fix our garage door! He was right on time and did an EXCELLENT job! He made sure I understood the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He gave me two options - one more expensive, but he explained why and how the higher price would extend warranty and another option that would fix the problem, but not cover all the hardware. He was very clear and did not push me one way or the other. When he finished the job he made sure I was comfortable working the door using the wall switch, the outside pin pad and the car remote. I would HIGHLY recommend Taylor and Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door!

I found Precision Garage Door online last night when our door would not shut completely. I was so surprised they could come this morning. Bob was fantastic! Our spring broke on our garage door and my husband tried to change them himself (do not recommend) he was able to get the door to open but it wouldn't close. I called and Taylor came out and reset the springs, inspected everything else and recommended we replace the rollers and he replaced the rubber bottom which really needed it considering the door is 22 years old and all original equipment. Taylor was very professional, explained everything he was doing and gave us 3 options to choose from. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

One of the springs on our 35 year old garage door broke at 10 pm on Sunday night. I called the local office at7:10 am Monday. The tech ( Richard Armbruster ) contacted me around 11am on his way. He gave me three repair options, from basic to a total rebuild of the door, I choose the total rebuild. He was very polite and went to work right away. He was finished in approximately two hour. Everything works like new. It is really refreshing and surprising to find a company who actually does what they advertise and understand the situation of being literally trapped in your own home.
